William B. Goodman, Strategic Advisor

Will Goodman, Strategic Advisor at ECG, is currently Vice President, Strategy at JP Morgan Chase & Co.

Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase & Co,, Will held strategy, marketing, finance and business development positions at ECG Consulting Group Inc., General Electric Company and United Technologies. At ECG, Will specialized in strategic planning, market & competitive intelligence, technology commercialization and business development in the energy & environmental and industrial sectors. Will was focused on analyzing and assessing markets, conducting VOC engagements, analyzing competitive intelligence, developing business growth strategies for ECG’s clients and presenting the results of his work. At GE Power, he conducted numerous strategic marketing engagements and as a GE Aeroderivative Product Marketing Lead, he led and built a customer value proposition model for a flange-to-flange repower NPI resulting in substantial incremental revenue. As a Multi-Year Agreement (MYA) Productivity & Risk Leader, he helped the business generate more than $700M in margin productivity. Mr. Goodman graduated from the GE Financial Management Program where he received honors in all 4 divisional rotations within GE Power (2), GE Energy Connections and GE Oil & Gas. At United Technologies, Mr. Goodman served as a Business Development Analyst for its fuel cell business. He conducted research and analysis on renewable energy incentive structures, energy policy, and emerging markets as well as analyzed competitor financials to generate insights into energy markets, business strategies and competitor performance.
